Changed Colors

We are planning on going to New Mexico this week for our vacation, and visiting Jim's sisters (Marge & Jane ... and their hubbies of course). We didn't have a vehicle that would make the trip, so we were checking out AAA and AARP so we could get discounts on renting something. I had already called our daughter-in-law Jaime to see if she could take us to pick one up early on Monday, and she had said yes. Then we decided it might be nice to just get something to replace the Green Van (Villiager) that is not working well these days (overheated awhile back, and I've been driving the '92' Crown Vic to work). I went online to where we bought the villiager, and they had several to look over - one being a 2006 Chevy Uplander with just under 45,000 miles. It had to come to Leavenworth from Hutchinson, but he was willing to get it for us to look at a.s.a.p.. We got there a couple of hours later and tried out a Pontiac Montana, but it just wasn't what we wanted, so we went for lunch and got gas in the crown vic, and only had about ten minutes to wait till the guy got there with the uplander. They rinsed it off, and gave us the keys. We drove a mile or two to a parking lot and started looking it over, drove right back to the lot, and this is what we brought home!!

FROM THIS...
TO THIS...
I know they don't look so much different, but they are! We also can watch movies in the new one, or at least any back passengers can!
